On the run!

Hey guys,

It’s been just under a month since my last post (cliché to start a post off like this, I know) and I’ve just about finished classes, settled into my Feild placement at the Canadian Wildlife Federation and have been trying to catch up with on some hang out time I’ve missed out on with friends. Needless to say I’ve been quite the busy beaver. Anyways I’ve been trying to find topics to blarggg about, I’d blarggg about making wicked website layouts but im no good at that. I’d blarggg about making an awesome salad, but i’m not really into salads and i’m a terrible cook. So then I started taking inventory on things im good at, turns out there isn’t much…My lack of talent aside I was jogging earlier this evening and decided “hey why don’t I blarggg about my progression (as a runner)”. Today I did a decent 7k jog that took just over 40minutes to complete. I’m not to sure if thats good or not?

Anyways, the plan of action:

- Jog trice(three times looool…not funny) a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

- Read up on diets/common practices about long distance running.

-Man up

Purpose:

-Stay healthy and active.

-Personal Challenge.

-Be good at something.

I don’t really see a bad side to this challenge. On that note I’m off to read up on my subject, Hopefully I’ll remember to blarggg Wednesday.
